The Head of Technical Services at the Electrical Contractors Association, Giuliano Digilio joined Design-BuildSolar at its offices in London on January 29 to discuss his role at the ECA and what the ECA has planned for BIPV in 2010. Giuliano talks about his experience with BIPV, what the electrical contractors role involves in regards to BIPV and what he sees in the future for this technology.
