French solar firm Ecotemis has signed a distribution partnership with Monaco Green International. In addition to providing Ecotemis with a distribution platform in the principality, the partnership will see the two firms collaborate on marketing and advertising.
“With our products we give personality and character to energy,” said Ecotemis’ founder and president, Thierry Bodiot. “We have leading-edge capabilities to create beautiful solar architectural products that transform living landscapes and embolden sustainable architecture. Ecotemis will offer innovative concepts for premium eco-buildings, semi-transparent facades, sun-shading, luxury outdoor living furniture, and elegant urban furniture that will contribute to the competitiveness of the Principality of Monaco in terms of sustainable development and green energies.
“With this partnership we are able to offer new solutions allowing for the integration of photovoltaics into buildings, its architecture and its use. Monaco Green International, alongside its existing portfolio, has thus expanded its range of Green Solar products to respond and adapt better to our urban planning and space data. Our approach of collaborating with decision-makers and professionals is in keeping with our commitment to increasing accessibility to green materials and solar energies,” added Jean-Baptiste Torrel, manager of Monaco Green International.
Ecotemis and Monaco Green International first discussed joining forces whilst attending CleanEquity Monaco 2011 in March, where the former finished runner-up in the “Excellence in the Field of Environmental Technology Development” category.
