Nicolo Guariento

Nicolò Guariento joined Arup in November 2006 after graduating in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine (Italy). Nicolò has studied energy and the environment in connection with architecture and holds a BSc and MSc. He joined the Arup Façade Engineering team in London. Nicolo’s activities within Arup include the analysis of solar and light performance of curtain walls and double-skin facades and the assessment of the integration of solar technologies in the building elements. In particular he co-authored with Simon Roberts the book “Building Integrated Photovoltaic: a Handbook”, published in June 2009 by Birkhäuser. Nicolò now workd for Arup based in Berlin.
