The Verdesian on the park is the country’s first LEED Platinum-Certified residential building. The high-rise tower is located in the Battery Park City area of south-western Manhattan. It features façade-integrated photovoltaic at the mechanical bulkhead, with custom modules using blue polycrystalline cells.
